Designing Pragmatic RESTful APIs

API Design is an art. The key to successful API Design are simplicity and consistency. When designing APIs, architects and developers must have design guidelines and make some important pragmatic decisions upfront. These decisions if not made upfront can make the changes to the API expensive. This session will walk you through some key elements to keep in mind when designing Restful APIs. These are some of the lessons I have personally learnt when designing APIs for real world applications.
